What is sublimation?
Sublimation permanently adds a design to a sublimation blank such as shirts, ornaments and tumblers. With a high quality sublimation ink, sublimation paper and the right heat setting, the item will come out vibrant and the image will last for years (as long as it’s taken care of). Not any tumbler can be sublimated. It has to be a sublimation tumbler which has a special coating on the outside that absorbs the ink from the print when put into the heating press.
What size are the tumblers?
The majority of the tumblers listed on the website are 20oz unless the listing says otherwise. Many of the designs available can be put on a 40oz tumbler, just contact me to inquire about it. If you find me at a local vendor event I usually have the 20oz and 40oz tumblers along with 16oz frosted glasses.
Are there specific care instructions?
Please note that all items have specific care instructions and to prolong the life of your item please follow the instructions. Seleena’s Creations is not responsible for any item that is damaged due to neglect of the care instructions. The care instructions are sent with the item and will also be listed here:
For tumblers- wash before first use, avoid extreme heat and do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods of time, hand wash only and do not drop.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Seleena’s Creations does not accept returns. Please inspect your items upon receiving and email seleenascreations@gmail.com with any concerns within 48 hours of delivery. In the rare event that a refund is given, you will only be refunded the cost of the item and any applicable tax. You will not be refunded any shipping costs.
Do you do custom orders?
Custom orders are accepted and to request one you can email seleenascreations@gmail.com or message through one of the social media pages. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for custom orders before any work will be started. Due to the nature of customized products, once the work has begun no refunds will be given. Turn around time for custom orders is 7-10 business days (M-F) unless otherwise stated. Design approval is required before final production begins.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time for general orders is 3-5 business days (M-F). For custom orders it’s 7-10 business days (M-F). These timeframes may change during the Holiday season, but customers will be informed if that is the case.
What courier do you use?
I currently use USPS for shipping.
What are your shipping rates?
Standard shipping is $7.50
Free shipping is offered when you spend $50 or more
Do you offer international shipping?
Seleena’s Creations does not currently offer international shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
General orders usually ship within 3 business days and custom orders usually ship within 7-10 business days. Once the order arrives at USPS it is out of my control. I recommend checking your tracking number for the estimated delivery date.
Is there a tracking number for my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your order is ready to ship. Tracking will be sent to the email address you ordered with. It can also be found in the order section of your customer account (if you created one).
Is a customer account required?
Customer accounts are not required, but may be a good idea to help you access your orders. Sometimes emails don't get delivered, get missed or deleted, or just end up lost in the spam folder.
What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?
Seleena’s Creations is not responsible for packages once they arrive at the Post Office. Any concerns would need to be handled with your local USPS.
Can I change my address after placing my order?
Unfortunately addresses can not be changed after the order is placed. Please double check addresses when placing an order. Seleena’s Creations is not responsible for wrong or mistyped addresses. If your package is returned to me due to the address being wrong, the additional shipping cost is the customers’ responsibility. Seleena’s Creations will not refund an order that was returned to the sender. Please make sure to double check your address.
Do you provide free shipping on orders over a certain amount?
Yes! You get free shipping when you place an order of $50 or more. There is no code needed.
Do you have local pickup as an option?
Anyone local to Volusia County has the ability to do local pickup. Before placing your order, send an email to seleenascreations@gmail.com and let me know this is something you are interested in. If you are in my area range we can set up a date and time to meet. I will also provide you with a promo code to enter at checkout to take off the shipping cost when you place your order. If you have already ordered and paid the shipping before you realized pick up could be an option, no worries, I can refund the cost of shipping to you.
Are there delays expected during holidays and peak seasons?
I try my best to stay in my turnaround timeframe during the busy seasons, but if I am running behind the customer will be informed. There could be delays from USPS as well because we know they have a lot going on at those times of year. During the busy season, it is always recommended to get your orders in early in order to have them in time for the occasion.
